iS 70 GFG

Used either as a central weighing server or as an entry terminal, the iS 70 controls a large number of vital weighing, dosing, counting, checking, management and data-collection processes. Optionally available with WLAN technology, it slips easily into existing production structures and networks. Open for connection with the most diverse range of peripheral devices and with a verifiable weighing system.
Equipped with an IP 65 protection class this industry PC can cope with rough ambient conditions. The stainless steel terminal is easy to clean, ergonomically and hygienically designed and impervious to dust and sprayed water. It is fully enclosed by smooth surfaces and its shock-proof, vibration-free construction guarantees maximum availability in tough everyday industrial surroundings.

Displays in new GFG (glass-film-glass) technology

The iS 70 GFG is available in display sizes of 15.4" or 19" with LED backlighting. Its thin, robust top glass provides even better protection against chemicals and scratches. Even a chainmail glove or a knife point won’t leave a mark on this screen.

Clear displays for clear messages

The intuitive user interface enables even untrained staff to use it without a long period of familiarisation A touch with the fingertip is enough to access the database or enter error-free commands. Supported by the entire intelligence of a normal PC with a Windows® Embedded Standard 7P 32bit operating system, users have all relevant routines under observation and under control at all times.

Up-to-date capabilities

With Intel® Atom D510 and Intel® Celeron processors as well as 2 GB RAM and 8 GB SSD as standard, the industry PC has impressive power reserves from the outset. If you should subsequently need any more memory, an additional hard-drive can be retrofitted.

iS 70 RES

Anyone looking to monitor manufacturing processes, assure quality, minimise errors and cut costs will get effective support from the iS 70. Six USB ports, one of which is on the outside, three Ethernet interfaces (10/100/1000Mbit) and serial ports ensure its connectability in the most diverse application environments. Equipped with a 15.4" or 19" display in resistive infrared touch technology, the iS 70 RES combines the latest weighing technology, ease of use and intelligent software in one solution.
Bizerba NTscale software lets the iS 70 operate up to three scales at once and display all verification-relevant data simultaneously. Its verifiable memory enables weighings to be retraced. And of course scales with multiple graduations and multiple areas can be connected via NTscale.

As each load receptor is given its own window, several of them can be monitored in parallel. The touchscreen has three display options depending on requirements:

• Full-screen display with net, tare and gross weight, function keys for taring, deleting tares and for zeros as well as a menu with further options.
• Standard display with net weight as well as function keys for taring and zeros.
• “Docked windows” – either above, to the side or below – to display net weight, both with and without function keys.
