SL 105 Side Loader

For vertical positioning of pouches, pillow bags and block bottom bags into cases and trays. Operation of the system: The bags are transported into the machine through an infeed belt. Depending on output requirements the machine is equipped with a single or a double bag loading system by means of two elevator cassettes. As soon as the requested number of bags (menu controlled) is present in the elevator cassette, the cassette moves to the case-load position. The bags are pushed into the elevator cassette by a pusher system driven by a seperate motor. The second elevator cassette now fills with bags, and the cycle is repeated. If equipped with a single loading system the bags will be accumulated during case change
