Universal case packing system that automatically loads products into crates, cases or trays

 

The CLP Case Packer is a universal case packing system that automatically loads products into crates, cases or trays.  Due to the fact that the products are not stacked, this system can load rigid, semi flexible and flexible products.  The in-feed system is capable of rotating individual products, allowing you to create a wide variety of pack patterns.  The pick head holds the products while the underlying retraction belt opens. The pick head then accurately places the products into the crate, case or tray.  Thanks to the fact that there's only a vertical movement, the system is very reliable at high capacities.

    Up to 100 bags per minute.
    Pick & Place vertical drive system for placing the products accurately into the cases, crates or trays.
