CP Compact

The CP Compact Gravity Case Packer is a compact universal case packing system.  The system is of stainless steel construction and is designed for placing the horizontal positioning of product into cardboard cases, plastic crates, or trays.  The CP Compact a modular unit and is equipped with a drop door unit to handle products of various weights up to 5 kg.  The CP Compact collates the product and positions the product over the drop doors where a compression plate closes to make sure the product fits into the case.  The drop doors open allowing the product to drop into the case.

Highlights of the system are:

• Bag in-feed conveyor.
• Modular design.
• Up to 80 bags per minute in multi-drop mode.
• Pneumatically operated drop doors for transfer of the bag or bag formation into the carton.
• Stop plate which determines the end position of the bags on the drop doors.
• Case change unit with carton in-feed.
• Electrical cabinet for the housing of all electrical components and IPC control.

• Vibrating system to vibrate the case during filling.
• Bag turning module.
• Retracting reject system.
• Top case sealing module.
• Vertical belts with left/right bag positioning control unit.
• In-feed belt (1000mm) with turning roll for bag turning; manual adjustable.
• Pre-positioning unit enables counting and overlay of bags.
