LR 20 - Standard Load Receptor with an upper weighing range limit of 3 - 15 kg.

With its ultra-low-profile design, the load receptor type 20 is just convincing. The load is transmitted via a stainless steel (1.4301) weighing platform fitted with flexible buffer elements. The function elements are ideally protected by the bell-shaped and corrosion-proof load plate. The weight is transmitted via a triangular stay featuring an integrated strain gauge (DMS) load cell. This combination ensures a long- term accuracy and outstanding resistance to wear even when used for rough weighing processes. As this load receptor is made of high-quality and selected materials it also permits application under extreme ambient conditions. Foot screws and a level in the side of the main frame guarantee a perfect levelling. Being connected to a Bizerba indicating unit, the complete weighing system can be adopted to your operating conditions and application needs.

 

- Optional equipment

Higher and verifiable resolution of weighing range. When combined with selected load cells of type BB15 the load receptors can also be supplied as single- range scales with a higher resolution of the weighing range or as dual- and triple-range scales. The load cell connections are routed to a junction box inside the load receptor.

- Enhanced corrosion protection. A load receptor version is available in addition to the standard version for use under extreme conditions. Its non-textured bell-shaped load plate , the main and platform frame and the levelling foot screws are made of stainless steel (1.4031). The load plate can also be supplied in acid-resistant stainless steel (1.4571).

- Explosion-proof load receptor. This load receptor version is suitable for operation in zones 2/22 and 1/21 (potentially explosive environments). Bench. Sturdy welded sectional steel design featuring 4 stainless steel leveling foot screws. Frame optionally available in hot-galvanized sheet steel or in non-structured stainless steel 1.4031.

- Standard Roller Conveyor

The non-powered roller conveyor is mounted to the weighing platform and balanced as fixed pre-load. The roller conveyor features a sturdy construction for easy loading and conveying of goods and materials or integration in the customer’s conveyor system. Aluminium frame sectioned and PVS tubing roller jacketing. The standard version is protected against dripping water and is not suitable for operation in potentially explosive environments.
